Customer Support Representative
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to support daily operations and assist with platform-related tasks. In this role, you’ll help manage workflows, keep records accurate, and work with the team to ensure everything runs smoothly.
What You’ll Do
— Support day-to-day operations involving cryptocurrency exchanges
— Manage and report workflow through our internal CRM system
— Track and verify exchange activities under supervision
— Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth fund handling
— Maintain organized and secure records of each transaction
What You Bring
— Dependability, strong attention to detail, and clear communication skills
— Basic understanding of cryptocurrency exchanges, coins, and market trends
— No formal experience required — full training will be provided
— Willingness to learn and follow structured procedures
— Confidence using digital platforms (a phone and laptop are required)
